The monetary commissions charged by TEMPO France vary, depending on: the transfer amount, method of money transfer for further accrual to TEMPO France – which is selected by the customer (in cash, or by direct bank deposit) – where the money transfer is issued to the recipient, bank or another payment establishment selected by the client, for money transfer to the recipient, whether it is necessary to convert funds into another currency, and other various factors.

Please, note that: for the purpose of the money transfer service provision, TEMPO France collects, keeps and transfers all personal data referring, in particular, to its customers and their recipients abroad, in electronic form.

Any data collected by TEMPO France is used exclusively for the purpose of performing money transfers, and transferred through secured servers and software, only to corresponding payment establishments selected by its customers for transferring their funds. Some payment establishments are located beyond the European Union and receive such data as a full name, an address, a phone number, passport number and other data, which enable identifying the customer and the recipient they specify.

To protect its personal data, TEMPO France ensures either: the states, to which data are sent, should provide a sufficient level of protection, which is equivalent to the level of the European Union; or a corresponding payment establishment should comply with the Safe Harbor Program of the United States of America, or EU-U.S. data protection initiative (the so-called "Privacy Shield"); or a contract between TEMPO France and a payment establishment should contain a provision on personal data protection, as well as certain penalties in case this data protection level is insufficient. In the latter case, TEMPO France submits an application, with regards to a payment establishment, to the National Data Protection Commission (CNIL) and obtains its authorization to transfer data.

In accordance with Art. 39 and the following articles of the Law of France No. 78-17, dated January 6, 1978, as amended, on Computer Science, Data Bases and Civil Liberties, any person can obtain any information related to it and, as the case may be, amend it or demand deletion of these data by contacting TEMPO France’s Customer Support Service, using one of the following methods:

2 - What information should be included in the claim for it to be considered?

- Precise subject of your claim.
- Number of your money transfer request (if it is the subject of your claim).
- Your full contact details, so our employees can contact you by any available method.

3 - How are you claims processed?

TEMPO France does its best to consider your claim immediately upon its receipt and, if the claim meets all the above-mentioned conditions, respond quickly to it (if possible, within 48 hours), by finding a solution to the problem or situation. Then, TEMPO France will immediately inform you of the results.

In case TEMPO France fails to find a solution after 48 hours, you will receive a notification confirming receipt of your claim within a reasonable term (as a rule, within five (5) business days upon receipt of your claim), which serves as a confirmation of the fact that your claim has been received, meets the requirements, and is being processed by the Customer Support Service.

Your claim will be considered by the Customer Support Service within 30 business days upon receipt by any available means of (a) document(s) allowing TEMPO France to accurately identify you. A definite response will be sent to you by any of the available means within the provided term.

4 – How and when should I resort to mediation?

You can submit your claim for consideration by a mediator, by sending it – by courier – to the following address:

Before submitting your claim to the mediator, you should exhaust all the appellation options provided by TEMPO France (for example, contacting the Customer Support Service, receipt and consideration of the claim within the provided term, etc.).

To obtain any additional information, please review the mediation charter signed by TEMPO France on December 11, 2014.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The contractual and non-contractual relations between TEMPO France and its users are governed by French law. Any dispute and claim arising from such relations shall be considered in the jurisdiction of France. None of the above-mentioned factors shall prejudice your legal rights.

According to Art. 122-4 of the Code of Intellectual Property, any reproduction and distribution of the content TEMPO France’s websites, either fully or partially, shall be done only with the editor's preliminary, written and special consent.
